Karen's B&B is a small private boutique residence set on a beautifully tree lined street in Asbury Park.  This tiny gem is a wonderfully well kept secret and will prove to be one of the nicest vacation experiences on the Jersey Shore.  Located in eclectic, Asbury Park, New Jersey, it is only 1 hour from NYC.  This up and coming town is one of the newest and fastest growing hot spots on the Jersey Shore.  The residence is located in the north-west section of Asbury Park less than 1/8 of a mile from the Ocean township/Wanamassa borderline.  And is approximately 3/4 of a mile from the beach and just steps away from deal lake which is the perfect spot for fishing, canoeing, and kayaking.

This lovely colonial boasts 3 well appointed guest rooms with 2 shared bathrooms.  The property is meticulously maintained, tastefully decorated (no wacky wallpaper here) and beautifully landscaped. On the first floor there is an inception area, dining room and quiet sunroom that leads to a relaxing spa area. 

The outdoor living area is very quiet and relaxing.  It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and catch that tan you have been trying to get.  There is a athletic style spa, refreshing outdoor shower and a seating area that surrounds a large outdoor fireplace.  Also there is a small romantic yard to just sit and enjoy a refreshing glass of lemonade.
